how to order
ordering is easy. simply click on the Ordering Form button above to place your order. orders are processed everyday.
custom orders
with your input, phelian artz can create hair bows to match specific outfits, school uniforms or sport teams. simply input your ideas under "Special Remarks" in the Ordering Form to customize your order.
postage for apparels series:
normal mail: $1.80 (including packaging cost)
each additional item: $0.30
registered mail: add additional $2.24
postage for all hair accessories series:
normal mail prices as follows:
1-3 clippies $0.50
4-6 clippies $0.80
7-9 clippies $1.10
10-12 clippies $1.40
13-15 clippies $1.70
>15 clippies $2.00
registered mail: add additional S$2.50
payment
payment for orders are accepted by bank transfer to posbank savings 194-09712-3.
refunds & returns
most items are made to order, customized, or personalized, and therefore, all sales are final.
no returns & no exchange for another item.
colours of items may vary slight different from the picture due to resolution.
delivery
orders are posted within 3-5 days after order is placed, usually it's faster. a confirmation email is sent once your order has been processed and posted.
